Without the Wait.

Not yet. ADHD assessment and diagnosis are available now, currently at our £695 launch price (usually £995). Ongoing treatment, titration and GP shared care will launch once our CQC registration is complete — we will update this page and email everyone on our waitlist as soon as that happens.

Most do, but it is always their decision. Once our treatment and shared care pathway launches, we will write to your GP with a full clinical summary and a proposed shared care agreement once your treatment is stable. If your practice accepts, they prescribe on the NHS and you pay only the standard NHS prescription charge. If they decline — which some practices do as a blanket policy — you would continue on a private prescription. We will tell you honestly what we are seeing from practices in your area.

An ADHD assessment is built on structured clinical interview, developmental history and evidence of impairment across settings — all of which are gathered as reliably by video as in a consulting room. We add objective computerised testing and, for children, teacher and parent rating scales. What video removes is the travel, the waiting room and the geography, not the clinical depth.

You still receive a full written outcome letter setting out what was assessed, what was found, and what your clinician thinks is driving your difficulties instead — which is often the more useful answer. The assessment fee covers the clinical work, not a particular result, so it is not refunded. Where another condition looks more likely, we will say so and suggest where to go next.

No. Once launched, every care package will cover the clinical work — treatment planning, titration, reviews and support — but the medication itself is dispensed and charged by the pharmacy. While you are prescribed privately, you pay the pharmacy’s price. Once shared care is accepted by your GP, you pay the NHS prescription charge or nothing at all if you are exempt.

Once treatment packages launch: your care package will run for 365 days from your assessment. To keep your treatment plan and your shared care agreement active beyond that, you renew — £450 paid in full. Renewal is required because continuing specialist oversight is what allows your GP to keep prescribing under shared care.

Yes — we assess children and young people from age 6 to 17 as well as adults. The under-18 pathway includes parent and teacher rating scales, a developmental history with you, and an age-appropriate interview with your child. See the Children & Families section above for how it works.

Often, yes. Send us your existing assessment report and we will have a clinician review it. If it meets the standard we need, you can join a treatment package without repeating the assessment. If it does not — some questionnaire-only reports do not — we will tell you before you pay anything.
